Clove Bud Coconut Ayurvedic Oil
Oil pulling, also known in Sanskrit as kavala graha, is the ancient Ayurvedic ritual of pulling or swishing oil in the mouth & through the teeth to support overall oral health & hygiene. Use daily to replenish the gums, brighten teeth, freshen the breath & purify the body.
Coconut oil paired with the warm hint of clove banishes bad breath, wards off bacteria, cleans teeth, and leaves your mouth feeling fragrant and fresh.
Ingredients:
Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Organic Clove Bud Oil
Easy to understand ingredients, no harmful chemicals.

How to use:
Use first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and before drinking any liquids (including water).
Take a spoonful of oil and swish around the mouth for 5-20 minutes. When finished, spit the oil into a trash can and brush your teeth as you normally would. Don't forget to tongue scrape and floss!
Note: Do not swallow or gargle the oil. When oil pulling, there are toxins that are “pulled” from the teeth, and should be disposed of in the trash can. *Not harmful if swallowed but may cause upset stomach
